1. Real Estate Agents must be present with their client for their first visit to the sale office and Point of Sale to be eligible to receive commission.

2. Registration status will be verified prior to signing a Broker Referral Agreement with Fernbrook Homes and Cityzen Development Group at point of sale.

3. Fernbrook Homes and Cityzen Development Group will not pay a referral fee or commission for clients who have already registered themselves for this community and have indicated that they are not working with an Agent or who have been registered through another Agent.

4. Friends and Family First Event Attendees may be represented by a Real Estate Agent, however no referral fee or compensation will be offered to the Real Estate Agent should the attendee choose to purchase a suite at D’or Condominiums.
